ORDER:-

     In the reference 9th read above, the D.S.E., has informed that a ref. was addressed to the NCTE, recommending for issue of de-recognition orders in respect of the 188 Pvt. D.El.Ed Colleges including Sri Raghavendra College of Diploma in Education, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District, which had made spot admissions in violation of Government orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.30, S.E (Prog.II) Dept., dt.8.7.2015 and therefore, requested the Government to revise the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.171, SE(Prog.II) Dept., dt.24.8.2020 and issue necessary orders for deleting the name of Sri Raghavendra College of Diploma in Education, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District. 

2. Goverenment, after careful examination of the matter, and in supersession of the orders issued vide G.O. 8th read above, hereby accord permission to the D.S.E., to grant renewal affiliation to following three (3) Pvt. D.El.Ed colleges for a further period of 3 years from the academic year 2019-2020 to 2021-2022, as they have submitted Fire NOCs:- 

     i. Vijetha D.Ed College, Byragimanyam (V), Singarayakonda (M), Prakasam. 

     ii. Smt. Basavapunnamma Teacher Training College, Ponnapalli (V), Kanagala (PO), Cherukupalli (M), Guntur District. 

     iii. B.B.H D.Ed College, Plot NO.443/1, Street No.1, Challareddypalem, Vetapalem (V&P), Chirala (M), Prakasam District 

3. The Director of School Education, A.P., shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
