ORDER:
In partial modification of the orders issued in the reference, 3rd cited all the
District Educational Officers/ Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are hereby informed that the schedule for the telecast of video lessons is revised from 13.07.2020 to 31.07.2020 to the students of 1 to 10 classes. These video lessons to be telecasted weekly 5 days and daily 6 hours. The revised schedule of video classes is annexed to this order.
They are further informed that according to the revised schedule video
lessons through DD (Saptagiri Channel) to be telecasted daily from 11-00 AM to 12-00 Noon for 1,2 classes, from 12-00 Noon to 1-00 PM to 3,4&5 classes from 2-00 PM to 3 PM for 6,7 Classes, from 3-00 PM to 4-00 PM for 8,9 Classes and from 10-00 AM to 11-00 AM (Languages), 4-00 PM to 5-00 PM (Non-languages) for 10th Class Students on all weekdays excluding Saturday & Sunday.
They are hereby requested to communicate the revised schedule of video
lessons to all the students through concerned inspecting officers with a request to view the video lessons. They are requested to take steps for giving wide publicity to the revised schedule through print and electronic media and also to issue necessary instructions to all inspecting officers to monitor this program and to ensure that these video classes should reach all the students.
