ORDER
    All the District Educational Officers IAdditional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha/Dy. Educational Officers/ MandaI Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that itis proposed to conduct Painting & Drawing activities from 19.06.2020 to 30.06.2020 to the students studying In classes VIII, IX and X In all Government and Aided schools In the state at their home and to engage them with different curricular and co-curricular  activities  for  healthy  environment  to  enhance  their  knowledge. These activities will help the students  to  Improve their creativity,  thought process and will promote meaningful engagement during thelockdown period because of Covld- 19.

Therefore, they are requested to communicate the themes and guidelines annexed to this proceedings to all the students of VIII, IX and X studying In all Government and A ided schools through Hleadmasters concerned with a request to part cipate In the program as per the schedule, themes and guidelines and also give wide publicity about the program in print and electronic media. Further, they are requested to Inform all Headmasters In their Jurisdict on and Instruct them to collect the Paintings / Drawings from the students and send the sanne to the mail id mentioned in the annexure.
