ORDER :
    The  following notification  shall  be  published in  an Extra-Ordinary issue of  the Andhra  Pradesh  Gazette  dated.27-02-2020.

NOTIFICATION –I 

    In exercise  of the  powers conferred by  clause  (a) of  sub-section  (1) of  Section  5 of  the Andhra Pradesh  Intermediate  Education  Act,1971 (Andhra  Pradesh Act  No.2  of  1971),  the Government  of  Andhra  Pradesh hereby appoint the  Minister  for  Education,  Government of  Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati as Chairman  of  Andhra  Pradesh Board of Intermediate  Education, Amaravati;

NOTIFICATION –II 
 
    In exercise  of the  powers conferred by sub-section (1)  of Section 6 of  the Andhra Pradesh  Intermediate  Education  Act,1971 (Andhra  Pradesh Act  No.2  of  1971),  the Government  of  Andhra Pradesh  hereby  appoint  the Principal Secretary to  Government,(SE,IE,PE&SSA), School  Education Department, Government of  Andhra  Pradesh,  Amaravati as  ViceChairman of Andhra  Pradesh Board of  Intermediate Education, Amaravati.


NOTIFICATION –III 

    In exercise  of the  powers conferred by  clause  (i),  (j),  (k) and (l) of sub-section (2) of  Section 3  of  the  Andhra  Pradesh  Intermediate Education  Act,  1971 (Andhra Pradesh  Act  No.2  of  1971),  as  amended  by Act  No.10 of  1982  and  Act  9 of  2016,  the Government  of  Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate  the  following  persons as  Members of  Andhra  Pradesh Board of  Intermediate  Education,  Amaravati;

   1.  Ex-officio members :

a)  The Commissioner & Director of Collegiate Education,  Andhra Pradesh
b)  The  Commissioner  &  Director  of  Intermediate  Education, Andhra  Pradesh
c)  The Commissioner & Director of School  Education,  Andhra Pradesh
d)  The  Commissioner  &  Director  of  Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh e)  The  Director  of  Medical Services,  Andhra  Pradesh
f)  The Commissioner of  Industries,  Andhra  Pradesh
g)  The Director of Agriculture,  Andhra Pradesh
h)  The  Director  of  Telugu Academy,  Andhra  Pradesh
i)  The Secretary,  Board  of  Intermediate  Education,  Andhra Pradesh

    2.  Nominated Members :-

2. The term  of  Board  shall  be  for a period  of three years from  the date of  issue of  these orders.
