Following Is the distribution of subjects amongst the Officers in the Chief Minister's Office:


PRINCIPAL ADVISOR TO CM (Sri Aleya Kallam)

5.  Chief Minister's Office Establishment and Residual subjects.


ADDITIONAL CHIEF SECRETARY TO CM (Dr PV Ramesh)

1. Health,Medical & Family Welfare Dept.
2.  Education (School,Inter,Higher and Technical Education)
3. Industries & Commerce
4. Infrastructure & lnvstment and Public Enterprise
5. Information Technology & Infra.


PRINCIPAL SECRETARY TO CM (Sri Praveen Prakash,IAS .,)

1. General Administration Department
2. Energy
3. Exclusive node in CMO to deal with entire spectrum of centre state relations, including but not limited to
   a) All issues arising out of State Re-organisation Act 
   b) All issues related to CM correspondence with PM, other Cabinet Ministers, ConstitutionalAuthorities and important dignitaries
   c) Follow up of proje cts, programmes,financial I non-financial issues of
State Government with Senior Government of India officials in the rank of Secretary,Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary
   d) Accompany the CM during his visits to Delhi
To ensure this, files related to all the Departments in CMO that have above stated implication will be routed through Sri Praveen Prakash, IAS.,
4.   Management Information System (MIS) of CMO including dash-boards, performance reports & exception reports.

All flies dealing with policy matters, Cadre issues and significant financial commitments shall be got vetted by Prl. Advisor to CM before obtaining the
orders of Hon'ble C.M.

The above orders shall come Into force with immediate effect.
