All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of SSA in the state areinformed that, as per the vision of Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh it isdecided to provide the infrastructure facilities to all the Govt. schools in the state asper the RTE norms and thereby transform the schools into children friendly andlearning friendly institutions with all basic facilities.
2. Further, to provide the infrastructure i.e. class rooms, boundary Walls, toilets,drinking water, Electricity etc.. to each school it is decisive to know the presentsituation of Govt. Schools. So, a mobile Application is developed to capture thepresent infrastructure situation in Govt. Schools. The Detailed user manual alongwith instructions is enclosed in annexure-1.
3. The mode of operation this Mobile application is divided into two categories, a)Govt. High Schools will be dealt directly by Head Masters or concerned staff andb) Mandal Educational Officers should assign CRPs to capture the requiredphotographs with respect to Primary/Upper Primary Schools.
4. The Schedule for capturing of Infrastructure facilities is as follows:
5. The guidelines are to be followed for completion of this work are as follows.
1. The MEO need to monitor the status daily with respect of Primary and Upper Primary Schools in their jurisdiction and ensure the completion of process as per schedule.
2. The Dy.DEO need to monitor the status daily with respect of High schools in their jurisdiction and ensure the completion of process as per schedule.
3. It shall be ensured that all the CRPs have to complete the capturing of Photos within the stipulated time.
4. At the time of capturing of Photos by the CRP the concerned School Headmaster/Senior Teacher should present.
5. The District MIS & Planning Coordinators, ASOs and APOs of DEOs Office, RMSA Office and SSA office shall supervise the entire process.
6. The District Educational Officers and Project Officers of SSA are informed that the APOs, ASOs & MIS Co-ordinators of DPO office and ASOS & APOs of DEOs andRMSA office are nominated as Nodal Officers to monitor this programme in theirrespective districts.
7. Further they are requested to provide the necessary transportation to theDistrict nodal officers and also involve all the staff of DPO by duly assigning theMandals to monitor the day to day progress till completion of this programme andalso they are requested to submit daily report to this office.
8. The District Educational Officers and Project Officers should coordinate witheach other for completion of this programme in their respective districts in a smoothmanner as per schedule. A video conference will be conducted with all DistrictEducational Officers and Project Officers in the State very soon in this regard.
9. Therefore, the District Educational Officers and Project Officers in the stateare requested to follow the above guidelines and instructions and ensure thecompletion of this programme as per schedule without any delay along withdeclaration letter authenticating the data collected and are alone responsible forcorrections if any, under their jurisdiction.
