ORDER:-
    In the G.O 1st read above read with G.O 2nd read above, Government have issued orders upgrading 872 posts, in which 610-posts of Language Pandits Grade-II (Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit) and 262-posts of Physical Education Teachers (P.E.Ts) to that of School Assistants (Physical Education) in Municipal Schools in the State to bring parity with the other subject Teachers working in the High Schools as the Educational Qualifications and Job Charts of the Language Pandits Grade-II and PETs on par with School Assistants working in the Upper Primary Schools and High Schools.

2.   In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur has furnished a further proposal for upgradation of Language Pandits (GradeII), ie., Telugu-9, Hindi-8 and Physical Education Teachers (P.E.T)-5 as School Assistants, totaling 22 posts at Municipal High Schools at Nandyal and Gudivada Municipalities, as it was not included earlier in earlier orders as was issued vide 2nd read above and requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter.

3.   The Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for upgradation of 22 posts in which 17- posts of Language Pandit Grade-II to that of School Assistant (Languages) and 5-posts of Physical Education Teachers to that of School Assistant (Physical Education) in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, as distributed hereunder:-

4.   The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.

5.   This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.II) Dept. vide their U.O.No.41022/161/2018 (Computer No.560674), Dated:25/01/2019.
