ORDER:     

    In the references read above, the Commissioner of School Education, AP., has informed that the Regional Joint Directors of School Education have furnished the     following proposals for  grant  of permission for Upgradation into High Schools by     opening of next Higher Classes VIII to X (T.M/ E.M/ U.M/ K.M) during the years  2017-18/ 2018-19. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., have issued upgradation proceedings to open Classes VIII to X (T.M/ E.M/ U.M/ K.M) in respect of the following Schools during the academic years 2017-18/ 2018-19 in the following Schools: 

2.   After careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati, Government hereby  ratify   the action of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., in having issued orders  for up-gradation of  M.P.U.P. /Municipal / ZPP Schools into High Schools by opening of Classes VIII to X  (T.M/ E.M/  U.M/  Kannada Medium)  for  the above schools (22)  during  the academic years201718/2018-19, to avoid  hardship  for  the students, subject to  condition that there is  no additional  staff   and  financial  commitment to  Government  towards salaries to additional staff  and  additional  infrastructure  required, if  any  etc. 

3.   The Commissioner  of  School  Education, Andhra Pradesh shall  take necessary further  action  in the  matter.
