APLR 1933 లోని రూల్ 4 ప్రకారం ELs ను డ్యూటీ పీరియడ్ పై మాత్రమే లెక్కించాలి. ఏ విధమైన ఆకస్మికేతర సెలవు కూడా డ్యూటీ గా పరిగణించబడదు. కనుక 3 ELs జమ చేయకూడదు.
If a Govt. servant suffereing from TB/ cancer/ Mental illness/ leprosy/ heat diseases and renal failure(kidney), avial Half pay leave upto 6 months and it should be debited in Half Pay leave Account but he should be paid in full salary. Ihn case of the credit of Half Pay leave is not available in his leave account, this facility should not be availed.
