SANCTION ORDER
Subject : INSPIRE Scheme -- INSPIRE Award Component -- Sanction of Proposal from the State/UT Of Andhra Pradesh for the year 2018-19.
Reference : Data received online through the web application from the State Nodal Officer.
Sanction of the President is accorded to the release of an amount of Rs 4,14,70,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Fourteen Lakhs Seventy Thousand Only) towards disbursement of INSPIRE Awards to the selected students of various schools in the state/UT of Andhra Pradesh as per the list attached and as per following details:
2. The amount of Rs. 4,14,70,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Fourteen Lakhs Seventy Thousand Only) towards grant of INSPIRE Awards of Rs. 10000/- each to 4147 students of General and OBC category (List of Annexure-I), may be debited to the following Head:
Demand No.84 - Department of Science & Technology,
3425 - Other Scientific Research (Major Head),
60 - Others (Sub-Major Head),
200 - Assistance to other Scientific Bodies (Minor Head)
68 - Science and Technology Institutional and Human capacity Building
68.02 - INSPIRE Awards (MANAK)
68.00.31 - Grants-in-Aid(General), (Plan 2018-19) (Previous Inspire- Awards-3425.60.200.56.02.31)
3. The amount of Rs. 10000/- each may be credited directly into the bank account of the students through Public Financial Management System( PFMS).
4. The State Nodal Officer in-charge/his authorized representative should ensure proper utilization of award amount for the purpose it has been sanctioned by ensuring participation of all the awardees in the District Level Exhibition.
5. The Sanction Order is entered vide INSPIRE S.No. 1519 in the Register of Grants maintained in the INSPIRE Award Division.
6. This issues with the concurrence of Integrated Finance Division, Deptt. Of Science and Technology vide IFD dy No. 3440 dated 25 Oct 2018.

2. The amount of Rs. 1,33,20,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty-Three Lakhs Twenty Thousand Only) towards grant of INSPIRE Awards of Rs. 10000/- each to 1332 students of SC category (List of Annexure-II), may be debited to the following Head:

3425 - Other Scientific Research (Major Head),
60 - Others (Sub-Major Head),
789 - Scheduled Caste Component,
14 - Science and Technology Institutional and Human capacity Building

3. The amount of Rs. 10000/- each may be credited directly into the bank account of the students through Public Financial Management System( PFMS).

2. The amount of Rs. 21,90,000/- (Rupees Twenty-One Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) towards grant of INSPIRE Awards of Rs. 10000/- each to 219 students of ST category (List of Annexure-III), may be debited to the following Head:

3. The amount of Rs. 10000/- each may be credited directly into the bank account of the students throught Public Financial Management System( PFMS).
4. The State Nodal Officer in-charge/his authorized representative should ensure proper utilization of award amount for the purpose it has been sanctioned by ensuring participation of all the awardees in the District Level Exhibition.
5. The Sanction Order is entered vide INSPIRE S.No 1521 in the register of Grants maintained in INSPIRE Awards Division.
6. This issues with the concurrence of Integrated Finance Division, Deptt. Of Science and Technology vide IFD dy No. 3442 dated 25 Oct 2018.
