     The Government have made it mandatory to implernent the e-Office system and Biometric Attendance in all the Government Offices from the level of Secretariat to Village. The object of introducing e-Office and biometric attendance is to achieve transparency and redu. the usage of paper so as to rninimise the expenditure on stationery and protect natural resources and environment.

2. All the Departments of Secretariat / HoDs / District Collectors are therefore, requested to instruct all the officers and staff under their control to minimise the usage of paper by processing files through e-Office only.
