The Joint Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy,MHRD,Go!, New Delhihas communicated office memorandum regarding conduct ofInter-School Band Competition. The OSE&L,started theInter School Band Competition in the year 2017 to inculcate the spirit of patriotism and unity among school students that comes with performing in a band. This year the nter School Band Competition is scheduled to be conducted in 6 zones (viz., Central, Eastern, Western, Southern, Northern, North-East zones} across the county followed by a National level Competition at New Delhi,scheduled prior to the Republic Day 2019 Celebrations.
Further the District EducationalOfficers and Project Officers are requested to issue necessary orders to all the Dy.EO's, MEO's and Head Masters of High Schools and Upper Primary Schools to send the registration forms with participants names to the e-mail: competitionsapssa@gmail.com on or before 05 112018. The average team size not more than 25 members Including team leaders plus one escort teacher allowed along with the team, and also requested to depute one officer for supervision and take care of the team from state levelto nationallevel.
In this connection the District Educational Officers and Project Officers, SSA are requested to take necessary actionas per schedule givenin the Annexure I& I.
