ORDER:
In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P has informed that Government has issued BRO & ASO for an amount of Rs.14,22,95,000/- vide ref 1st and 2nd read above. She has further submitted that the bills submitted to the Pay & Accounts Officer (PAO) to present the bills at Treasury were rejected and returned due to technical reason. Hence, she has requested to revalidate the said amount towards meeting the expenditure of Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools under Integrated RMSA as Central Share and Matching State share under recurring grant.
2. In the reference 4th read above, the Finance FMU (Edn) Dept. have issued BRO for the said amount of Rs.1422.95 lakhs (Rupees Fourteen Crores Twenty Two Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand only) from the BE Provision 2018-19 (Rs.853.77 lakhs as CSS + Rs.569.18 lakhs as MSS) for implementation of Integrated RMSA during the year 2017-18 towards meeting expenditure for payment of honorarium to the Outsourcing staff and maintenance of Hostels i.e., fooding and lodging for the boarders, sports activities, news papers & Magazines, Toiletries & sanitation, miscellaneous, etc., duly revalidating the Government order issued in the reference 1st read above.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU. Education) Department in the reference 4h read above, Government here by revalidated and accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education for an amount of Rs.1422.95 lakhs (Rupees Fourteen Crores Twenty Two Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand only) from the BE Provision 2018-19 (Rs.853.77 lakhs as CSS + Rs.569.18 lakhs as MSS) for implementation of Integrated RMSA during the year 2017-18 towards meeting expenditure for payment of honorarium to the Outsourcing staff and maintenance of Hostels i.e., fooding and lodging for the boarders, sports activities, news papers & Magazines, Toiletries & sanitation, miscellaneous, under the Head of Accounts 2202-02-109-12-07-310-312, 2202-02-109-06-07-310-312.
4. The drawl and disbursement of the budget shall be as indicated in the G.O.4th read above.
5. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly.
