ORDER :-
Government have accorded permission to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. to implement the “Ammaku Vandanam” programme in High Schools only on annual day of every academic year or any other day as decided by SMC, with an estimated cost of Rs.2.50 Crores @ Rs.5,000/- per school for 5000 Municipal, Govt., ZP High Schools and Model High Schools. Out of the total requirement of Rs.2.50 Crores, an amount of Rs. 1.25 Crores shall be sanctioned by the Government and remaining amount of Rs.1.25 crores shall be mobilized by the Head Masters and Teachers from the Alumni/Donors/CSR for organizing the Programme vide G.O. 1stread above. 

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education has requested to allot a new Head-of Account exclusively for the programme “Ammakuvandanam” and sanction an amount of Rs.1.25 Crores for implementation of the programme in 5000 Municipal, Govt., Z.P. High Schools and Model High Schools in every academic year. 

3. In the G.O. 3rd read above, Finance (FMU- Edn)Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.1,25,00,000/- ( Rupees One Crore Twenty Five Lakhs) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision in supplementary estimates towards implementation of “Ammaku Vandanam” programme in 5000 Municipal, Govt., Z.P. High Schools and Model High Schools in the State from the academic year 2017-18 under the head of account 2202-02-109-00-10-500-503. 

4. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-Edn) Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati for an amount of Rs.1,25,00,000/- ( Rupees One Crore Twenty Five Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision in supplementary estimates towards implementation of “Ammaku Vandanam” Programme in 5000 Municipal, Govt., Z.P. High Schools and Model High Schools in the State from the academic year 
2017-18 under the head of account 2202-02-109-00-10-500-503. 
5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati shall take further necessary action in the matter.
