ORDER :  

    On reconsideration of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Service [Mandal Educational Officer, Revenue Mandal(Urban) ] Rules issued in the G.O. read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government have decided to  make amendment to the said rules.    

     Accordingly, the following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

                        NOTIFICATION

       In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 78 read with section 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act,1982 (Act 1 of 1982) and under  proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers enabling the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby   makes the following amendment to the special rules issued in GOMs.No.11 Edn.(SE-Ser.I) Deptt., dt.30.01.2017 for the posts of Mandal Educational Officer, Revenue Mandal(Urban).

                        AMENDMENT    

      In the said rules, the Rule 5 shall be deleted and Rules 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall be renumbered as 5, 6, 7 and 8 respectively.
