Rc.No.1519/Toilet Maintenance, Dt:13.11.2015. Entrusting of maintenance of toilets 15,135 schools from 16th November 2015 to 31st January 2016

APSSA, Hyderabad – Entrusting of maintenance of toilets in further 15,135 schools from 16thNovember 2015 to 31st January 2016 and extension of toilets maintenance to the 15,134 schools upto 31st January’2016.

Orders were issued vide reference 1st cited, entrusting the maintenance of toilets to SERP through Self Help Groups in 869 schools in 13 districts @ One mandal per district releasing an amount of Rs.1.41 cores for the period of 7 months i.e., upto May’2016.

Orders were issued vide reference 2nd cited, entrusting the maintenance of toilets to SERP through Self Help Groups in 15,134 schools releasing an amount of Rs.3.13 cores for the period November 2015.

In continuation of earlier reference is hereby decided to allot to entrust the maintenance of toilets in remaining 15,135 schools to SERP and also to extend the period of maintenance of toilets in the orders issued vide reference 2nd cited upto 31st January 2016.
These proceedings will enable SERP to maintain a total 30,269 schools upto 31st January’2016.

The Project Officers of SSA in the State are hereby instructed to release the funds to the CEO, SERP. The statement of detailed district wise sanctioned amount and list of schools is enclosed herewith.
 The District Collector & Chairpersons of SSA are requested to bestow their personal attention and see that the work of financial transfer to the CEO, SERP and also maintenance of toilets is executed smoothly.
